Salon Manager | Master Stylist
Maddi is the Salon Manager and Master Stylist at Ella & Jade’s Algester location. With a background in art, she brings creativity and technical skill to every client, specialising in creative colouring and placement that enhances individual style.
Maddi’s career highlights include finalising as Hair Expo’s 2018 Apprentice of the Year, being selected for the Rising Star program at Brisbane Hair & Beauty, and achieving AHIA Senior Stylist of the Year finalist status in 2020. In 2024, she discovered a passion for hair extensions and is working to become Ella & Jade’s first in-house extension specialist, transforming clients’ looks and confidence.
Growing up as a dancer I was always into hair and makeup and once i finished high school I wanted a career that I would enjoy and make people feel good about themselves. I love the fact that each day I get to be creative but also that I get to work with some amazing people and meet so many wonderful clients along the way.
I love balayage, lived in blondes and dimensional brunettes.
I chose Ella&Jade, hair salon in Algester because of the atmosphere. I started my journey with E&J as a client seeing Alannah of all people to do my hair for my school semi formal and formal! I continue to choose Ella&Jade for the opportunity, the growth, the commitment and the family I’ve made.
Shopping, reading a good book, movie nights on the couch with my partner, taking our puppy to the park and going on long drives to explore new places
