Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Ella&Jade, our salons operate at a very high demand. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our stylists’ time, we have the following booking policy in place:
Deposits
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- The deposit amount varies depending on the service booked and will be deducted from your final invoice on the day of your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations & Reschedules
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.
- If we are able to fill your appointment slot after a late cancellation, your deposit may be applied as a credit towards a future booking (this does not apply to no-shows).
No-Shows
- If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay 100% of the appointment cost before rebooking.
- Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrivals
- Please contact the salon as soon as possible if you are running late.
- If you arrive late and we are required to shorten or adjust your service, you will still be charged the full service price booked.
- If lateness prevents us from performing your service, the full cost of the appointment will apply.
Salon Cancellations
- In the unlikely event that Ella&Jade needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled booking.
Additional Terms
- Deposits and payments are non-transferable to another person.
- By booking an appointment at Ella&Jade, you agree to the terms of this Booking Policy.
