Ella is originally from Wellington, New Zealand, and has been living in Brisbane since mid-2019. After graduating from university in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management, she quickly moved into store, people, and multi-location management within the fashion retail and beauty industries. With a background in both operations management and customer service, Ella’s skills naturally align with her personality, creating a seamless blend of expertise and passion in her work.
Building the business baby! You will see me in the salon throughout the week, doing all I can to assist our wonderful team! I'll be there to meet and greet clients, work 1:1 with each team member, get to bond and watch first hand the creativity that happens in our salons. Some days I will be tucked away working on the back end of our operations and business strategy. I love that Ella&Jade offers me space to foster my team and their goals, while building on my more analytical mind and aptitude for business.
Morning walk to grab some coffee, spending time with my family and friends. My hobbies include good food and wine, listening to music and enjoying the outdoors!
I was drawn to Ella&Jade immediately, the way in which they host clients through the space, the way they focus so much on the salon experience, creating an environment so removed from the transactional. Departing from what is ordinary, while fostering such bonds with all near and dear entering our salons. Meeting Alannah was very pivotal in my eagerness to work for Ella&Jade, seeing and hearing Alannah's journey in the Hair Industry was really powerful, and I wanted to be apart of it!
