After more than 20 years in Algester and 6 years of growing our Woolloongabba space, we’re bringing it all together. Ella & Jade is becoming one flagship location in Woolloongabba. This next chapter gives us more room to grow, create new experiences, expand our offering and bring our team together under one roof. And importantly, the people and expertise you know are coming with us.
What You Need to Know:
Friday, 25 September 2026 will be the final operational day at our Algester salon.
If you have an appointment booked beyond this date, our team will contact you directly to organise a suitable option at Woolloongabba.
To give our clients more flexibility and greater availability, our Woolloongabba flagship will have updated opening hours:
Tuesday – Thursday: 6am – 9pm
Friday: 6am – 5pm
Saturday: 8am – 4pm
Absolutely. We’ve recently refreshed our service menu to make booking simpler and easier, but the services you know and love aren’t going anywhere.
We’ll also be introducing new services and experiences at our Woolloongabba flagship soon.

Your Blowdry Club membership is coming with you!
If you’re a current Blowdry Club member, your membership will continue as normal at our Woolloongabba flagship. Your membership, credits and existing benefits will remain connected to your Fresha profile, so there’s nothing you need to do.
And with our new extended opening hours, you’ll have even more flexibility when booking your blowdry.

Absolutely. Your Ella & Jade gift card is valid across both locations.
If your gift card is stored in the Fresha Wallet in your Fresha app, you can continue to use it at our Woolloongabba flagship after the Algester salon closes.
No. If you already have an active Fresha profile with Ella & Jade, you don’t need to do anything.
Your client profile will remain active and will be transferred across to our Woolloongabba flagship for any future appointments, so your booking history and details will stay with you.
Yes. There are a number of paid parking options available around the salon.
You’ll find 3-hour paid parking directly outside the salon on Logan Road. Further along Logan Road, opposite Little G and Barrel & Stills, there are 3-hour, 8-hour and 12-hour paid parking options.
There is also 8-hour and 12-hour paid parking available on Jurgen Street if you’re unable to find a spot on Logan Road.
Prefer public transport? We’re also located directly opposite the Woolloongabba bus stop.

Our entire Algester team will be joining our Woolloongabba flagship, bringing everyone together under one roof.
You can continue seeing your preferred stylist, or take the opportunity to meet someone new from our wider team.
If you have an appointment booked at Algester after our final day of operation, our team will be in touch with you directly to arrange a suitable appointment at Woolloongabba.
We’ll make the transition as easy as possible and work with you to find a time that suits.
