Ella&Jade is home to an award winning team. This means you’ll be working alongside and learning from stylists who are continually striving to be at the top of their game. EDUCATION
We’ve gone to great lengths to ensure that the education we provide our team is unlike anything else in the industry. So much so that we even published our very own training book! Our extensive and personalised induction & training program will ensure you are equipped to succeed from day one!
Not only are we passionate about our own internal education program, we’re also advocates for bringing you some of the industry’s biggest names. From creative colour workshops with Stuart Bane to personal development courses with Jack Morton’s Project U, the learning opportunities are endless!!
But our dedication to education doesn’t just stop within our own team; We recently launched our very own external education program as a way of giving back to the industy and there’s no better feeling than sharing our knowledge with all our friends and seeing them implement their new skills with their clients.

So whether it’s shooting your own collection or assisting backstage at Fashion Week, we can help get you there!
FLEXIBILITY
We believe that a well rested mind, body and soul is the happiest and most productive. As such, we are closed Sundays, Mondays and one Saturday every month (at our Algester salon). We offer both full time and part time roles and our extended business hours allows for flexible shifts. So whether you’re a mum looking for morning shifts or a sleepy head looking for late starts, we’ve got you covered.
