Hey, I’m Courtney - creative through and through! I’m originally from South Africa but have been lucky enough to call Australia home for the past six years. I live and breathe all things marketing, and I’m always finding new ways to bring creativity into every part of my life.
What does your role look like?
No two days look the same for me (which is exactly how I like it). Some days I’m floating around the salons capturing content with the team, chatting with our beautiful clients, and soaking up the energy. Other times, I’m deep in creative mode - designing graphics, building out campaigns, and bringing the brand to life behind the scenes.
Why Ella&Jade?
I’ve always had a soft spot for lifestyle brands and love working with people who are creative, passionate, and community-minded. What drew me to Ella & Jade was exactly that - a space where creativity is celebrated, individuality is embraced, and every stylist genuinely cares. It’s a brand with heart, and I’m proud to be part of it.
Beyond the salon...
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me baking, doing a puzzle, or knee-deep in a creative project. And when I’m not in full homebody mode, I’m out chasing a bit of adventure - whether that’s hiking, playing tennis, or planning my next trip.
